The hotel was incredibly clean and tidy, making for a pleasant stay. The location was perfect, close to the beach, port, and other attractions. The owner, despite initial gruffness, turned out to be very helpful and a genuinely good guy. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel at home. The breakfast was decent and the room was so comfortable that I slept in most of the time. The hotel's amenities, including the bar/lounge area and restaurant, made for a convenient and enjoyable stay. The Wi-Fi connection was excellent, allowing me to work remotely. a fantastic experience!

We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of our room at Dimitris Paritsa. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the surrounding area. Despite the heatwave, the temperature in our room was ideal, and we didn't even need to use the air conditioner at night. While there were a few minor issues like stains on the pillowcases and a small bathroom, overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

I loved staying at Dimitris Paritsa! Cozy, friendly, close to the beach and old town. Free breakfast, terrace, and bar! Shops and cafes nearby. A great hotel for a comfortable stay. Can't complain about anything, it was absolutely perfect.

It was conveniently situated in the heart of Kos Town, close to the city center, shops, and restaurants, making it easy for me to explore the area. The hotel's decoration had a lovely Greek charm with beautiful Mediterranean colors that reminded me of the island's vibrant culture. The general areas, such as the spacious hall and tables outside on the sidewalk, were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the pleasant weather. The hotel's accessibility was excellent, with easy access to the breakfast area and rooms being conveniently located on the ground floor.

If there was one thing I would ask for a better vacation experience for senior people, it would be for the staff to be a little more attentive and understanding of the needs of older guests. Although they were friendly, there were a few instances where I felt that they could have been more considerate and helpful towards senior guests, especially when it came to noise levels and ensuring a comfortable environment for a relaxing stay.
